This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products (E-books) sold through Shree Ma Ruteshwari, operated by PURNABEN PRANSHANKER PANDYA.

Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website are for digital products (E-books). Due to the nature of digital content, once an E-book has been successfully purchased and access has been provided, the transaction is considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for digital products once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Technical error resulting in failure to deliver the purchased E-book

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as per the payment gateway’s policies.

Updates & New Versions

Purchase of an E-book does not include access to future updates or revised editions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
